About Us

A core application of Smart cities is to use the immense learning and decision making power of artificial intelligence to direct traffic in a populated city, control road lighting and ensure safety and security of the masses. Just like other populated and advanced cities like Hangzhou, Barcelona, Dubai and Singapore; Karachi, being the largest city and the industrial hub of Pakistan attracts middle and upper middle class population. Due to immense growth in local residents and higher buying power, tendency of keeping personal transportation in the form of motor bikes and cars is common. This raises the need of advanced methods to manage traffic and people movement. The backbone of Smart-City will understandably be the collection of huge data related to the movement of the masses and vehicles. The subprojects that will be taken at hand will allow the real time data collection and analysis to aid the govt and management agencies.

The Autonomous Vehicle, as the name suggests, will be able to drive without human interaction; a situation most suitable for people not comfortable with driving, patients, and the elderly. AV also becomes a more preferable option in the long future due to its being less prone to accidents; frequently arising due to human error.

The module based on stereo vision will help to prevent accidents and identify traffic.
